Highdown Vineyard in Ferring, Sussex, was the perfect setting for Sophie and Tom’s wonderfully laid-back wedding in September 2025.
Nestled on the slopes of the South Downs, Highdown Vineyard offers a truly unique and beautiful backdrop for a wedding. I’ve had the pleasure of photographing several weddings here, and one of the things I love most about this venue is how it changes with the seasons, offering something different throughout the year.
It was lovely to see the vines looking so vibrant in the September sunshine, creating a colourful and natural backdrop for Sophie and Tom’s family photographs and relaxed couple portraits. The combination of the lush vineyard, beautiful countryside views and warm late-summer light made it a wonderful setting for capturing their special day.
Highdown Vineyard has such a relaxed atmosphere, making it ideal for couples looking for a wedding that feels personal, informal and full of natural moments.
